SearchPlus HR is actively seeking a Consultant/Specialist in Internal Medicine to join our esteemed healthcare consulting team. In this vital role, you will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise in Internal Medicine to provide exceptional patient care and valuable insights to healthcare organizations.

As a Consultant/Specialist in Internal Medicine, you will be responsible for diagnosing and managing a wide variety of adult health conditions. You will work closely with patients to understand their medical history, perform comprehensive evaluations, and implement comprehensive treatment plans that align with best practices in patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough medical evaluations of adult patients, including history taking and physical examinations
  • Diagnose acute and chronic medical conditions and recommend appropriate treatments
  • Interpret diagnostic tests, such as laboratory results and imaging, to inform treatment decisions
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized patient care plans
  • Prescribe medications and other therapies in accordance with clinical guidelines
  • Educate patients and their families about health conditions and preventive measures
  • Document all patient interactions accurately in electronic health records
  • Engage in continuous professional development to keep abreast of advancements in Internal Medicine
  • Contribute to the improvement of healthcare practices and policies
Qualifications
  • Medical degree (MD or DO) with a current valid license to practice Internal Medicine
  • Completion of an accredited residency program in Internal Medicine
  • Proven experience in diagnosing and managing complex medical cases
  • Thorough knowledge of evidence-based medicine and clinical best practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport with patients
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care
Requirements
  • Medical degree and valid license to practice in Internal Medicine
  • Completion of a residency in Internal Medicine
