House of Pilates is a premium women-only wellness studio located in Meydan, Dubai. We specialize in Reformer Pilates, Yoga, Barre, and holistic wellness experiences designed to empower women to reconnect with their bodies and inner balance. Our space blends luxury design with soulful energy—featuring a curated shake bar, retail boutique, and healing sanctuary where women come to strengthen, restore, and feel at home within themselves.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a confident, professional, and organized Receptionist to be the welcoming face of House of Pilates. The ideal candidate will embody grace, attentiveness, and genuine care — ensuring every guest feels seen, supported, and inspired from the moment they walk in.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage class bookings, memberships, and payments using the studio software
  • Maintain a clean, calm, and beautifully presented reception and retail area
  • Support instructors and management with scheduling and client coordination
  • Handle phone, WhatsApp, and email inquiries promptly and courteously
  • Assist with product sales and bar orders (smoothies, teas, etc.)
  • Track attendance, client feedback, and preferences
  • Uphold the brand's luxury and wellness standards in every interaction

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role (preferably in fitness, spa, or hospitality)
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident using Mindbody and other booking/payment systems
  • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and attention to detail
  • Passion for wellness, Pilates, and creating an uplifting client experience
  • Arabic or Russian language proficiency is a plus

  • Russian or Arabic Speakers
