Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an ELV (Extra Low Voltage) Service Technician with a valid UAE driving license. The technician will be responsible for performing the installation, maintenance, and repair of ELV systems including CCTV, access control, and structured cabling. Duties include troubleshooting technical issues, providing prompt field service solutions, conducting routine inspections, and maintaining equipment to ensure optimal performance. The role involves interacting with customers to address their technical concerns and provide excellent support services.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Maintenance and Repair of ELV systems and equipment
  • Experience in Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues effectively
  • Proficiency in performing Field Service tasks, including on-site technical support
  • Excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on clear communication and solution-oriented assistance
  • Valid UAE driving license and the ability to travel to client locations
  • Technical diploma or degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred
  • Ability to follow safety regulations and standards during service operations
  • Prior experience in ELV systems setup or related fieldwork is a plus
