180 Degree Restaurant is a leading healthy meal plan delivery company in the UAE, providing fresh, high-quality, calorie-controlled meals to clients across Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman.

We focus on health, convenience, and customer satisfaction, offering customized plans for weight loss, fitness, lifestyle improvement, and overall wellness.

We are expanding our sales team and looking for a motivated, target-driven Sales Executive who can convert leads, handle inquiries, and build strong customer relationships.

Job Summary:

The Sales Executive will be responsible for selling personalized meal plans, managing daily leads, and guiding customers through the subscription process using strong communication and sales skills.

Your main role:

Turn inquiries into subscribers. Maintain relationships. Drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming leads via phone, WhatsApp, and social media
  • Convert warm inquiries into active meal plan subscribers
  • Explain meal plan options clearly (training provided)
  • Manage daily follow-ups to maximize conversions and renewals
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM / tracking systems
  • Hit daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Prepare basic performance reports for management
  • Maintain a positive, customer-first approach at all times

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in sales, telesales, call center, or customer service
  • Experience in F&B, meal plans, wellness, fitness, or related industries is a plus
  • Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Confident, energetic, and highly persuasive personality
  • Must be fluent in Arabic & English;
  • Proficient with WhatsApp, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office
  • Must be based in the UAE and able to work on-site
  • Fast learner — full meal plan + product training is provided

Working Hours:

  • 6 Days per week
  • Office-based position (Dubai)

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: AED 4,500 (based on experience)
