Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in automotive sales, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the car purchasing process, from inquiry to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and engage walk-in and online customers in a professional and friendly manner

Present, promote, and sell vehicles from our range of Chinese brands, including electric and hybrid models

Develop in-depth knowledge of vehicle features, specifications, and financing options

Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and corporate clients

Handle test drives, vehicle delivery, and post-sale follow-ups

Work closely with the marketing and logistics teams to manage leads and vehicle availability

Prepare and maintain accurate sales records, contracts, and CRM updates

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Stay updated with market trends, competitor offers, and brand updates

Requirements

Minimum 2–4 years of automotive sales experience (Chinese brand experience is a plus)

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

Fluent in English (Arabic) اللغه العربيه

A UAE driving license is mandatory

Knowledge of car financing, insurance, and the RTA registration process

Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office

Passionate about cars, technology, and customer satisfaction

Based in Dubai
