We're looking for a skilled recruitment professional who can attract, engage, and hire top talent to drive our success forward.

As the Recruitment Manager, you will play a key role in leading and managing all recruitment activities across the company. You will oversee the end-to-end hiring process, build strong relationships with department heads, and implement effective mass hiring strategies to meet business needs.

Your mission is to bring the right people on board — those who share our values, drive, and ambition — and ensure a seamless, efficient, and engaging recruitment experience from sourcing to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans aligned with business goals and future expansion needs.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from job posting and sourcing to interviews, selection, and onboarding.
  • Lead and coordinate mass hiring campaigns for sales, marketing, and operations teams across multiple branches.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for key roles across the company.
  • Partner with department heads and senior management to identify hiring priorities and workforce plans.
  • Use multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and agencies.
  • Monitor and report recruitment KPIs, ensuring timely and quality hires that align with company standards.
  • Ensure all hiring processes comply with UAE Labor Laws and internal HR policies.
  • Supervise and mentor junior recruiters and HR team members involved in hiring.
  • Represent Al Rasikhoon Real Estate at job fairs, open days, and employer branding events.
  • Contribute to building a positive employer brand and promoting Al Rasikhoon as a top workplace in the UAE real estate market.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience in the UAE, including at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven experience in mass hiring is essential, preferably within real estate, retail, or customer-facing industries.
  • Strong understanding of UAE labor laws, hiring trends, and the local job market.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and major job portals (e.g., Indeed, Bayt, Naukrigulf).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring projects under tight deadlines.
