Senior Sales Executive-Ras Al Khaimah

Job Description:

  1. Identify, meet and develop relations with clients to promote freight services.
  2. Research & create database of potential clients / markets through tele sales, cold calls and market scout or different medium to identify potential customer.
  3. Plan sales visits in dedicated areas, respond to customer inquiries, send quotations and take necessary bookings. Engage with Team leads to close sales inquiries.
  4. Continuously aim to increase customer base.
  5. Execute Team's market coverage / expansion strategies.
  6. Create database in EFS system for sales visit and leads.
  7. Customer On boarding and KYC
  8. Put forth credit approval request wherever requested by the customers as per policy.
  9. Follow-up on payments and ensure support to close all payment receivables and outstanding's.
  10. Co-ordinate with customer service and operation team to ensure customer service satisfaction.
  11. Obtain customer feedback on the delivery service.

  3. Introduce to customer service portfolio of Emirates Logistics and offering solutions
  4. Continuously increase revenue streams and Client base
  5. . Achieve set Revenue target
  6. Strive to develop product knowledge and related market practices
  7. Bring ongoing trade / industry updates to have focused sales strategies.
  8. Maintain all necessary customer database and details in the EFS systems, including On Boarding document.
  9. Ensure all credit applications details are filled in as per policy and protocol
  10. Develop confidence-building relationships with the clients.

Desired Skill required:

  1. Graduate / MBA in Marketing / Business Development or related field
  2. Excellent in Computer skills, PowerPoint Presentation.
  3. Ability to use software generated data and business Intel.
  4. 2 - 5 years of field sales experience in Freight / Shipping Industry is advantage
  5. Excellent command over spoken & written English
  6. Excellent Negotiation & Presentation skills.
  7. Should be self-initiator and have engaged in skills of Prospecting, Sales Planning & Selling to Customer Needs
  8. Should be Enthusiastic, ambitious, confident and motivated by Target based incentives.
  9. Possess interpersonal skills & be a team player
  10. UAE Driving License is a must
