Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a
Payment Recovery Specialist
based in Abu Dhabi. The specialist will oversee payment recovery processes, manage outstanding balances, and coordinate closely with clients and insurance providers. Responsibilities include resolving discrepancies, ensuring compliance with company procedures, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date recovery records. The role also involves supporting recovery strategies and engaging professionally with stakeholders to ensure timely and effective payment resolutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage and recover outstanding payments in a timely manner
- Coordinate with clients, insurance firms, and internal teams to resolve payment issues
- Conduct follow-ups via calls, emails, or official communication channels
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in accounts and payment records
- Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and recovery logs
- Support the development and implementation of effective recovery strategies
- Provide internal training or guidance on recovery procedures when needed
- Ensure all recovery actions comply with company policies and relevant regulations
- Escalate unresolved cases to management with proper documentation
Qualifications
- Strong
interpersonal and communication
skills for client engagement and negotiation
- Knowledge or experience in
addiction recovery
and
insurance processes
is an advantage
- Ability to
train and guide
team members on recovery operations
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under deadlines while maintaining high accuracy
- Prior experience in
payment recovery, collections, finance
, or related fields preferred
- Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration, Finance
