Job Description

OIA Properties is seeking a professional, welcoming, and well-organized Receptionist (Emirati / UAE National) to be the first point of contact at our Dubai office. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who represents our brand with professionalism and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails
  • Manage front desk operations and maintain a tidy reception area
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and visitor access
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Support administrative tasks and assist team members as required
  • Maintain records, logs, and basic office documentation

Requirements

  • Emirati / UAE National (Family Book & Passport required)
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or front desk role is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a strong plus)
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
