Drive departmental KPIs across guest satisfaction, people performance, product quality, and profitability

Engage, motivate, and develop colleagues through training, coaching, and effective communication

Monitor operational processes to enhance efficiency and guest experience

Support cost control, revenue performance, and overall P and L management

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless dining operations

Assist in implementing operational improvements and best practices

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in buffet or large-scale restaurant operations

Previous international exposure with five-star hotel experience preferred

Strong understanding of restaurant operations and business performance

Solid knowledge of P and L management and commercial decision-making

Proven leadership and team development capabilities

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Strong communication and organizational skills
