The Role

Responsibilities: - Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. - Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the company. - Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality. - Coordinate employee training sessions and prepare related materials. - Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration. - Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and HR-related questions. - Support performance appraisal processes and maintain related documentation. - Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities. - Ensure compliance wit

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Previous experience in an HR support role, preferably within consulting or professional services. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with great attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse teams. - Proficiency in MS Office and HR information systems. - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. - Proactive, positive attitude and a team player mindset. - Knowledge of UAE labor laws is an advantage.
