Location: United Arab Emirates

Salary: Up to AED 10,000/month (negotiable for the right candidate)

Experience: 2–5 years (mandatory audit firm background)

Language: Excellent English communication skills

Nationality: Open to all English-speaking candidates

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Tax & Compliance Manager to handle end-to-end UAE Corporate Tax and VAT compliance for our clients. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in an audit or tax consultancy firm, with strong expertise in corporate tax, VAT, and AML compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complete UAE Corporate Tax & VAT compliance processes.
  • Prepare and review tax computations, returns, and supporting schedules.
  • Ensure timely filing with the FTA and compliance with local regulations.
  • Review financial statements for tax exposure, compliance, and savings.
  • Handle EmaraTax registration, voluntary disclosures, and clarifications.
  • Advise clients on cross-border tax implications and transactions.
  • Support audit teams in tax-related matters.
  • Implement and monitor internal compliance frameworks and checklists.
  • Maintain knowledge of AML laws for DNFBP sector, KYC, and compliance audits.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation (professional qualification like ACCA, CPA, CA, or CTA preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an audit/tax consultancy firm (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax, VAT, and FTA portal filings.
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical ability, and client management skills.
  • Must be based in UAE and available for immediate joining or short notice.
