About the Role
We are looking for a fast, responsive, and detail-oriented Call Center Agent to handle client inquiries across multiple communication platforms with professionalism and accuracy. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic and English, possess excellent communication skills, and have prior experience in customer service or the travel industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via WhatsApp, email, phone calls, social media, and website chat
- Process booking requests efficiently and accurately
- Ensure timely follow-ups and error-free communication
- Coordinate with internal departments (packages, visa, ticketing, etc.)
- Maintain accurate logs of all interactions and transactions
- Provide professional, courteous, and proactive customer service
Requirements
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) – mandatory
- Strong multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in call center or customer service (travel/tourism background preferred)
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Professional appearance and client-focused attitude
