Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer (Fitout) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of interior fitout projects, excellent client relationship skills, and a proven record in achieving sales targets within the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the interior fitout and joinery sector.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, and client visits.
- Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to clients and consultants.
- Collaborate with the design and estimation teams to prepare accurate quotations and BOQs.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, contractors, consultants, and developers.
- Monitor ongoing projects to ensure client satisfaction and smooth execution.
- Keep updated on market trends, competitors, and upcoming projects.
- Represent the company in exhibitions, meetings, and networking events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales of interior fitout or joinery projects in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of fitout materials, design concepts, and project execution.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5, AED7,500.00 per month
