Line Prefab Houses Industry L.L.C. — a leading manufacturer of
prefabricated buildings, site offices, labor camps, and modular units
— is seeking a
Sales & Business Development Manager
to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will be a
highly professional negotiator and communicator
, capable of managing clients, contracts, and project coordination with full responsibility and integrity. This role requires both strategic business development skills and strong attention to protecting the company's commercial interests during negotiations and agreements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within the prefab and construction sectors across the UAE.
  • Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals, ensuring clarity and compliance with client requirements.
  • Lead contract negotiations with professionalism — ensuring all terms protect company interests and align with operational capabilities.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and act as the main point of contact for ongoing and upcoming projects.
  • Collaborate with the estimating, production, and operations teams to ensure project delivery aligns with commitments.
  • Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to support management decisions.
  • Represent Line Prefab in client meetings, site visits, and industry events with a professional and confident attitude.

Requirements

  • Minimum
    5 years of experience
    in
    sales or business development
    within
    prefab, construction, or related industries
    .
  • Proven experience in
    contract negotiation and project sales
    in the UAE.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in
    English
    (Arabic is a strong advantage).
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • UAE driving license and own car required.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently with clear results orientation.
