Job Title: Sales Executive – Facilities Management Sector

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Sales Executive to target and grow business within the Facilities Management (FM) industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships with FM companies, and promoting our products/services to achieve sales targets. This role requires a dynamic professional with strong communication skills, market knowledge, and the ability to engage key decision-makers in FM organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and develop business opportunities with Facilities Management companies, property management firms, maintenance service providers, and related segments.
  • Conduct market research to understand FM sector needs, competition, and emerging trends.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, site visits, and referrals.
  • Present and promote company products/services to FM clients with clear value propositions.
  • Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and tender submissions tailored to FM requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals.
  • Build long-term relationships with key FM clients and decision-makers to ensure repeat business.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, logistics) to ensure timely delivery and excellent service to clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities using CRM tools.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and FM networking forums to promote the brand and generate leads.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably within the Facilities Management or B2B sector.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
