The F&B Assistant is responsible for providing high-quality service to guests in all food and beverage outlets. The role ensures smooth operations, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction while maintaining company service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Serve food and beverages efficiently according to service standards.
  • Set up, clear, and reset tables before and after service.
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of dining areas, service stations, and utensils.
  • Support the F&B team during busy periods, including events and banquets.
  • Take guest orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
  • Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and courteously.
  • Assist in stock control and report shortages to the supervisor.
  • Follow all health, safety, and hygiene procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure an excellent guest experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or hotel environment is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1, AED1,500.00 per month
