Restaurant Hostess
who is a fluent Russian speaker to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere
  • Manage reservations and set up waiting lists, maintaining a smooth flow of guests
  • Escort guests to their tables and provide menu overviews when necessary
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen and serving staff to coordinate timely seating and service
  • Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and tact
  • Assist with setting up the dining area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and ready for service
  • Maintain knowledge of menu items, including specials and ingredients, to answer guests' questions
  • Support the restaurant team in various duties as needed to enhance guest experiences

Requirements
Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a hostess/host in a restaurant setting is preferred
  • Fluency in Russian and English; additional languages are a plus

Skills And Attributes

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact positively with guests and colleagues
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly demeanor
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail in managing seating and reservations
