Job Summary:

The Female Bus Attendant is responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of passengers (students, staff, or workers) during transit. She assists in boarding and disembarking, maintains order on the bus, and supports the driver in ensuring a smooth and safe journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist passengers in boarding and alighting from the bus safely.
  • Ensure all passengers are seated and wearing seatbelts (if applicable) before departure.
  • Maintain discipline and ensure proper behavior of passengers during the trip.
  • Assist young children, elderly passengers, or those with special needs.
  • Keep a daily record of passenger attendance (for school or staff transport).
  • Communicate effectively with the driver and transport supervisor regarding any issues or incidents.
  • Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the bus interior.
  • Check that no belongings are left behind after each trip.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and emergency protocols.
  • Report any maintenance or safety concerns related to the vehicle.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Female candidate, preferably with prior experience as a bus or school attendant.
  • Minimum high school education or equivalent.
  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage).
  • Physically fit and able to assist passengers when needed.
  • Responsible, punctual, and attentive to passenger safety.
  • Friendly, patient, and approachable demeanor.

Work Conditions:

  • Food will be provided during Duty hours and also based on transportation schedule (morning and afternoon shifts may apply).
  • Indoor/outdoor work environment depending on route and weather.
  • Uniform may be required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1, AED1,800.00 per month
