Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager located in Dubai. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, drive sales, and ensure superior customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing inventory, implementing retail loss prevention measures, leading and motivating the sales team, and fostering a positive and welcoming environment for both employees and customers. The role requires a strong focus on achieving sales goals and maintaining operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention to ensure smooth operations and prevent inventory discrepancies
  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to provide exceptional experiences and build lasting relationships
  • Excellent Communication skills to effectively lead a team and interact with customers and stakeholders
  • Leadership abilities to motivate, train, and manage a team in achieving set goals
  • Basic understanding of retail operations and merchandising principles
  • Previous experience in retail management or similar customer-facing roles is preferred
  • Proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and adapt to the store's operating hours
