Job Summary

A1 Properties is looking for a creative and passionate
Assistant Manager – Social Media
to lead our content creation, storytelling, and brand presence across all digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing unique social media ideas, managing daily content, and coordinating with agents, designers, and the video production team to deliver visually appealing and brand-aligned content that reflects the luxury and lifestyle of Dubai real estate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a consistent social media strategy focused on branding, awareness, and engagement.
  • Plan and manage monthly content calendars across all platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
  • Conceptualize and create innovative content ideas showcasing properties, agents, events, and lifestyle moments.
  • Write engaging post captions, short scripts, and social media copy aligned with brand tone and marketing goals.
  • Collaborate closely with real estate agents to capture authentic content, property walkthroughs, and behind-the-scenes stories.
  • Coordinate daily with the
    graphic designer
    ,
    videographer
    , and
    video editor
    to ensure timely production of high-quality visuals and videos.
  • Supervise content shoots, ensuring each deliverable aligns with brand guidelines and storytelling objectives.
  • Monitor page engagement, comments, and interactions to maintain an active and professional brand voice.
  • Track post performance and suggest improvements for better engagement and audience retention.
  • Research social media trends, real estate topics, and competitor activities to keep A1 Properties' pages fresh and relevant.
  • Attend property launches, team activities, and company events for on-site content coverage when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum
    3–5 years of experience
    managing social media for premium or real estate brands.
  • Strong creativity and storytelling ability with an eye for aesthetics and brand presentation.
  • Proven experience handling multiple social media platforms and content calendars.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills in English.
  • Understanding of short-form content and video storytelling for platforms like Reels and TikTok.
  • Strong coordination skills with internal teams and external creatives.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
