Role Overview

As the Lead Wedding Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact on event days, responsible for managing timelines, coordinating vendors, overseeing guest management, and ensuring a seamless experience for clients and their guests.

Key Responsibilities


• Lead full-day wedding coordination across assigned events


• Create, manage, and execute detailed wedding timelines


• Liaise with vendors before and during events


• Manage client communication professionally and confidently


• Oversee on-the-day guest management and logistics


• Supervise assistants and support staff on-site


• Handle real-time troubleshooting and ensure smooth event flow

Requirements


• Proven experience in wedding coordination or event management


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Confident, assertive, and solution-oriented


• Highly organized with strong attention to detail


• Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple stakeholders


• Professional appearance and conduct


• Availability for full-day weddings (primarily weekends)


• Willingness to travel across the UAE

Role Details
