Channel Partner Acquisition Officer (Contract – 4 Months)

Division: Commercial

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support a Channel Partner Program on a temporary basis. The role involves handling new partner inquiries, assessing their potential, and guiding them through the onboarding process to ensure a smooth and professional experience.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage incoming leads and inquiries from prospective channel partners.
  • Profile and qualify potential partners using defined eligibility criteria.
  • Assist partners in completing onboarding requirements and documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely activation of partner accounts.
  • Maintain accurate records of partner interactions and onboarding status in CRM systems.
  • Provide professional, timely support to enhance partner experience.

COMMUNICATION & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS

  • Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, operations, and customer support.
  • Communicate directly with prospective partners to support onboarding and requirements.
  • Ensure alignment and smooth coordination between stakeholders involved in the partner activation process.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

Education & Professional Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Highly organized, responsive, and capable of handling multiple inquiries efficiently.
  • Prior experience in sales coordination, partner management, or customer service is preferred.
