About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to manage our brand's online presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in social media management, graphic designing, video editing, and account handling. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, growing our online community, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Create compelling visual content including graphics, photos, reels, and short-form videos.
  • Edit videos for campaigns, product promotions, and social channels using relevant tools and software.
  • Manage day-to-day handling of all social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
  • Plan and execute content calendars, campaigns, and collaborations.
  • Monitor social media trends and incorporate them into content planning.
  • Manage community interactions—responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
  • Track performance metrics and prepare analytics reports to optimize campaigns.
  • Ensure brand consistency in tone, style, and visuals across all platforms.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience in social media management.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
  • Strong skills in video editing (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut).
  • Practical experience in handling social media accounts and executing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of current social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Basic photography skills.
  • Experience with paid ads and social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
