About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Events Project Manager to join our dynamic team and support the successful delivery of high-profile events. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects while ensuring smooth coordination between clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and execution of event projects from concept to completion.
  • Develop and manage timelines, budgets, and production schedules.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and on-ground teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Handle client communications and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare event documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-event evaluations.
  • Ensure all deliverables align with brand standards, creative direction, and client objectives.
  • Oversee on-site event management, including setup, live operations, and breakdown.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in event or project management (agency or freelance background preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is required.
  • Proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Client-facing experience is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
  • Availability for on-site event days, including evenings or weekends when required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience managing large-scale events, festivals, or corporate activations.
  • Knowledge of the UAE events landscape and suppliers.

Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: AED12, AED15,000.00 per month
