Work Description

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager & Videographer to join our Dubai office. This dual-role position is responsible for managing our social media presence across all platforms while also planning, shooting, and editing high-quality video content that aligns with our brand strategy and marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities Social Media Management

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (formerly Twitter).
  • Create and manage the content calendar in coordination with the marketing team.
  • Write, schedule, and post engaging content tailored for each platform.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions).
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for campaigns, product launches, and announcements.

Videography & Content Creation

  • Plan and produce video content for social media, websites, advertisements, and internal use.
  • Handle all aspects of video production: scripting, shooting, lighting, audio recording, and editing.
  • Create engaging short-form videos, reels, interviews, behind-the-scenes footage, and promotional content.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and quality standards.
  • Organize and maintain a library of raw and edited video footage.
  • Capture occasional photography content for events or campaigns as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
  • Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve).
  • Skilled in camera operation, lighting, and audio equipment.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and storytelling ability.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Media, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced or agency environment.
  • Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
