Specialist Oral And Maxillofacial Surgeon

SearchPlus HR is actively looking for a highly skilled Specialist Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to join our dedicated healthcare team. This position offers the opportunity to contribute your expertise in diagnosing and treating a wide range of surgical conditions affecting the oral and maxillofacial areas, working with patients to improve their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform detailed evaluations of patients' oral and maxillofacial conditions and determine appropriate surgical interventions.
- Execute a variety of surgical procedures, including tooth extractions, corrective jaw surgeries, and treatment of facial trauma.
- Provide compassionate pre-operative consultations and thorough post-operative care to ensure recovery and patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of medical professionals to create comprehensive treatment plans.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment options and necessary post-operative care.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records throughout the surgical process.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with advancements in the field of oral and maxillofacial surgery.
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) with a specialist training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
- Completion of an accredited residency program in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
- Board certification in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery preferred.
- Significant experience and proficiency in oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures.
- Strong clinical skills with attention to detail and patient safety.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload in a fast-paced medical environment.
