Experience: Minimum 7 years, with direct involvement in Water Treatment, in particular
Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems
Key Responsibilities:
- Design piping systems, create piping layouts, and ensure piping integrity under different load conditions.
- Perform stress analysis using
Caesar II
or an equivalent. - Size and route piping systems in coordination with process and mechanical requirements.
- Develop and review isometrics, pipe support details, and MTOs.
- Interface with procurement and vendors on piping components and materials.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Mechanical or Piping Engineering (or equivalent).
- Proficiency in Caesar II, PipeFlow Expert, or similar hydraulic and stress analysis tools.
- Experience in designing for high-salinity systems and corrosive environments.
- Familiar with piping codes and standards (ASME, API, ISO, etc.).
- Proficient in MS-DOS (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Strong communication skills in English.
