Job DescriptionLandscape BIM CAD Specialist Parsons Corporation Dubai, UAEbr>Position Overviewbr>The Landscape BIM CAD Specialist role at Parsons Corporation in Dubai supports high-quality landscape design delivery through advanced BIM and CAD production. This position contributes to multidisciplinary infrastructure and urban development projects by producing accurate landscape models, drawings, and coordinated design outputs aligned with international ;Key ResponsibilitiesProvide project-specific BIM and CAD support to landscape and design teamsDevelop landscape BIM models and drawings using Revit and Civil 3D from LOD 100 to LOD 350 based on client requirementsPerform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks and ReviztoPrepare landscape drawings including general arrangements, grading plans, layouts, and detailed sections in line with established standardsCompile data and carry out dimensional and routine calculations required for landscape documentationMaintain and develop CAD and BIM libraries to improve efficiency and standardizationApply technical manuals, company procedures, and applicable standards to ensure complianceWork with ISO 19650, BS 1192, and related BIM and information management standardsRead and interpret 2D orthographic and 3D isometric drawings, including supplier and manufacturer documentationSupport internal users through training on CAD, Revit, and Civil 3D toolsAssist in developing and implementing CAD and BIM standards across project teamsPerform additional technical responsibilities as required to support project deliverySkills SetLandscape BIM modelingAutodesk RevitAutoCAD and Civil 3DClash detection and coordinationNavisworks and ReviztoLandscape construction documentationBIM standards and information managementWhy Join UsOpportunity to work on landmark infrastructure and urban development projects in DubaiLong-term career growth within a globally recognized engineering and design organizationInclusive and professional work environment that values collaboration and technical excellenceExposure to international standards, advanced BIM practices, and multidisciplinary teamsSupportive culture focused on professional development and employee wellbeingDesired Candidate ProfileIdeal ProfileBachelor s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Architecture, Landscape, Urban Planning, or Urban Design from an accredited institutionMinimum six years of BIM and CAD design production experience in a multidisciplinary environmentProven experience working on landscape projectsStrong proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Revit with solid understanding of BIM and CAD workflowsExperience delivering BIM and CAD training or user supportStrong written and spoken English communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively within diverse project teams
