We are looking for a skilled Detail Draughtsman with a strong background in interior fit-out and joinery drawings. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of technical detailing, shop drawings, and coordination between design and site execution teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed shop drawings, joinery details, and construction documentation for interior fit-out projects.
- Coordinate with designers, project engineers, and site teams to ensure drawing accuracy and feasibility.
- Review design intent drawings and translate them into precise working drawings.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, authority standards, and client requirements.
- Manage drawing revisions and maintain up-to-date records for ongoing projects.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture / Interior Design / Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years UAE experience in interior fit-out / joinery detailing.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit or SketchUp knowledge is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and understanding of materials, finishes, and joinery techniques.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Preferred Candidate
- Previous experience in a fit-out or joinery contracting company in the UAE.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
