Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Operations and Sales Support Specialist to join our team, focusing on North America and LATAM markets. This role will be crucial in ensuring smooth operations for our events, managing event expectations, program deliverables, hotel logistics, and building strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate venue bookings for events and conferences in North America and LATAM, ensuring all logistical requirements are met and managing relationships with venue partners.
  • Provide on-site coordination during events, offering support to speakers, sponsors, and attendees.
  • Oversee the execution of events on-site, ensuring all aspects run smoothly.
  • Coordinate delegate participation, ensuring a seamless experience for all attendees.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align event strategies and promotional efforts.
  • Handle ticket sales and registration processes for events, optimizing sales strategies and customer experience.
  • Collect event revenues, working closely with the finance team to ensure accurate accounting.

  • Proven experience in event operations, sales support, or a related role.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing.
  • Proficiency in event management software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
