Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Marketing Specialist role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Marketing Specialist will develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the company's services, conduct market research, and analyze competitor trends. Responsibilities include crafting marketing campaigns, managing customer communications, supporting sales initiatives, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will contribute to building brand recognition, fostering client relationships, and driving customer engagement.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Expertise in Market Research and Marketing Strategy for analyzing data, identifying trends, and developing effective campaigns.
  • Experience in Sales to support marketing and business development initiatives.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently, effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, and navigate a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in the financial or business advisory sector is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the UAE market, regulations, and culture is highly desirable.
