Accountant (Facility Management )

Job Description
Invoice Management:
- Create and send accurate customer invoices based on services provided.
- Co ordinate with Facilities Manager on invoices, service bookings, follow up
- Ensure timely invoicing in system, follow up and receipt
Accounts Receivable (AR):
- Mark all Bank receipts in the system against the invoices, on a daily basis
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances to ensure timely payments.
- Maintain accurate records of all AR transactions
Support to Facilities Team:
· Provide Admin support to Facilities Management Team on contracts, Purchases, invoicing, contract closing etc.,
Reporting & Month end
- Daily Reporting on Invoices booked and summary of backlog invoices with reasons
- Daily reporting on open contracts
- Assist Finance Manager in Month end closing & Reports
- Weekly & Monthly reports on Invoices
- Weekly & Monthly reports on Accounts Receivable status
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in Invoicing, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance
- Minimum 2 years+ experience in UAE, preferably in a facilities Management company
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED5, AED6,000.00 per month
