Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will identify opportunities, manage client relationships, and drive revenue by promoting and distributing IT hardware. Responsibilities include building and maintaining a strong customer pipeline, preparing proposals, closing sales, staying up-to-date with market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction through after-sales support.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
- Knowledge of IT hardware and computer components from leading global brands
- Proficiency in market analysis and identifying business opportunities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to meet targets and work under pressure in a competitive environment
- Prior experience in the IT distribution or related technology industry highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
Requirements
- 1-2 years of B2B sales experience in IT hardware or a related industry
- Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets
