We are seeking a qualified Project Engineer – Structural Steel (PEB) with strong experience in PEB erection and site management. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating with clients, and ensuring that PEB and structural steel works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, schedules, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities & Job Roles:

  • Manage and supervise PEB and structural steel erection works at site.
  • Handle complete site management, including manpower, materials, machinery, and daily activities.
  • Administer and coordinate the company's installation staff and subcontractors.
  • Ensure proper mobilization, initiation, and operation of all company and client equipment and machinery.
  • Coordinate with clients regarding mobilization dates, project timelines, erection schedules, and site requirements.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure all PEB and structural elements are erected as per approved drawings, specifications, and tolerance requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with structural calculations, erection methodologies, and technical parameters.
  • Monitor erection progress and submit regular progress reports to the service and project management teams.
  • Identify and resolve site-related technical issues in coordination with design and project teams.
  • Ensure strict compliance with quality, safety, and project execution standards.
  • Coordinate with consultants, clients, and internal departments for smooth project execution.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in PEB erection and structural steel site management.
  • Strong knowledge of PEB structures, erection sequences, tolerances, and site practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret PEB/structural steel drawings and technical documents.
  • Proven experience in managing site manpower and equipment.
  • Good communication and coordination skills with clients and site teams.
  • Ability to work under tight schedules and handle multiple site activities.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • Experience in industrial buildings, warehouses, and large-span PEB structures.
  • UAE experience is mandatory.
  • Driving License is mandatory.
  • Fluency in Hindi.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4, AED8,000.00 per month
