Our company is looking for a passionate and experienced Specialist Orthodontist to join our dedicated team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' orthodontic needs through clinical examinations and diagnostic imaging
  • Develop tailored treatment plans that address the unique dental requirements of each patient
  • Utilize a variety of orthodontic techniques, including braces, aligners, and retainers
  • Monitor treatment progress and adjust plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Educate patients and their families about treatment options and aftercare
  • Work collaboratively with the dental team to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Stay updated on advancements in orthodontics and participate in ongoing professional development
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in accordance with regulatory standards

Requirements

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) with a recognized specialization in Orthodontics
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in an orthodontic clinical setting
  • Extensive knowledge of contemporary orthodontic practices and technologies
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in dental practice management software and digital orthodontics
  • Team player with a strong commitment to patient-centered care
  • Willingness to engage in continuous education and professional growth
