We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Beauty Advisor (Sales Associate) to represent our cosmetics brand, Alix Avien Paris and deliver an exceptional in-store experience. The ideal candidate has strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a genuine interest in beauty, skincare, and makeup.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers and provide professional advice on makeup, skincare, and beauty products
  • Demonstrate products and assist customers in selecting suitable items based on their needs
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets
  • Maintain excellent customer service standards at all times
  • Keep the display clean, organized, and fully stocked
  • Handle billing, POS transactions, and basic inventory checks
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and brand guidelines
  • Build long-term relationships with customers and encourage repeat sales

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Beauty Advisor, Sales Associate, or similar role (preferred)
  • Knowledge of cosmetics, skincare, and makeup application
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Presentable appearance and professional attitude
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • English communication required (Arabic is a plus)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2, AED3,500.00 per month
