Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting entries, invoices, and reconciliations.
- Manage and reply to company emails and client inquiries.
- Communicate with suppliers and insurance companies.
- Prepare financial summaries and support management reporting.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in accounting or administrative work.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong skills in Excel / Zoho Books / QuickBooks.
- Proactive attitude and professional work ethic.
- UAE residency or valid visa preferred.
