We are looking for a motivated and experienced
Real Estate Sales Consultant
to join our dynamic team in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and a proven ability to generate and close sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
  • Provide expert real estate consultancy based on market trends and client needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals effectively
  • Monitor market conditions, legal regulations, and pricing strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and client communications

Requirements:

  • Valid UAE driving license (Required)
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and conduct
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities
  • Russian and/or Chinese speaking is an advantage
