We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented BIM Coordinator to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. As a BIM Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes for our projects, ensuring efficient collaboration between various disciplines and maintaining high-quality standards.

• Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP systems
• Coordinate with project teams to resolve design conflicts and clashes using BIM software
• Lead BIM coordination meetings and facilitate communication between different stakeholders
• Prepare and update BIM execution plans and protocols for projects
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards, company procedures, and client requirements
• Supervise and mentor junior BIM modelers and drafters
• Generate 2D drawings and documentation from BIM models
• Collaborate with project managers to meet project deadlines and deliverables
• Perform quality checks on BIM models and associated documentation
• Stay updated on the latest BIM technologies and best practices
• Support the implementation of BIM processes across the organization

• Diploma in Engineering or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM coordination, preferably in the construction industry
• Proficiency in BIM software, particularly Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD
• Strong understanding of construction processes, standards, and best practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in leading coordination meetings and resolving conflicts
• Knowledge of MEP systems and architectural design principles
• Familiarity with clash detection and coordination software
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Willingness to adapt to new technologies and industry trends
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
