Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology (IT) Manager based in the United Arab Emirates. The IT Manager will oversee technological operations, manage IT infrastructure, and ensure the security of the company's networks and data. Responsibilities include planning IT strategies, budgeting for technology needs, managing IT staff, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing solutions aligned with the company's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Infrastructure & Operations

• Oversee networks, servers, connectivity, and overall system uptime.
• Maintain all IT hardware including computers, printers, routers, CCTV, and POS devices.
• Manage IT assets, preventive maintenance, and documentation (manuals, SOPs, policies).
• Administer Microsoft systems and ensure reliable data backups.

POS & Branch Technology

• Supervise POS operations across all branches, cafés, and restaurants.
• Handle system updates, troubleshooting, vendor coordination, and performance monitoring.

IT Team Leadership & Support

• Lead and coach the IT team; assign tasks and track performance.
• Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network issues (on-site & remote).
• Manage device setups, user accounts, email access, and permissions.
• Support onboarding processes and company events requiring IT assistance.

Security & Compliance

• Implement cybersecurity standards and enforce data protection.
• Control system access and ensure all IT operations align with company policies.

IT Strategy & Continuous Improvement

• Plan and enhance IT systems to support business growth.
• Recommend automation and efficiency improvements.
• Lead IT projects within timelines and budgets.
• Prepare reports and highlight opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5–7 years of IT management experience, preferably in multi-branch F&B environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, servers, networking, backups, and hardware.
• Hands-on experience managing POS systems.
• Proven leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Certifications such as MCSE, ITIL v4 Foundation, CCNA, PMP.
• Fluent English and native Arabic required.
• Valid UAE driving license.
