Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Dubai for a Sales Professional. The Sales Professional will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Additional responsibilities include preparing quotes, presenting product offerings, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the furniture industry. The role involves close collaboration with the design and production teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client acquisition, and negotiation
- Relationship management skills to build and nurture long-term partnerships with clients
- Product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn about furniture design and manufacturing processes
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Problem-solving abilities to address client needs with tailored solutions
- Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the furniture industry or a similar B2B sales role is a plus
