Job Title: MEP Estimation Engineer

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced MEP Estimation Engineer with experience in HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing systems, capable of handling projects independently and conducting site visits as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate cost estimates and BOQs for MEP works (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing)
  • Handle MEP projects from tender stage to final costing
  • Conduct site visits for project assessment, verification, and coordination
  • Study drawings, specifications, and tender documents
  • Prepare material take-offs and cost analysis
  • Coordinate with site, design, and procurement teams
  • Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations
  • Assist in tender submissions
  • Monitor cost variations and maintain estimation records

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 4-5 years MEP estimation experience in the Gulf
  • Experience in project handling and site coordination
  • Familiar with Abu Dhabi standards and local market rates
  • Proficient in MS Excel and estimation tools
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Immediate or short notice availability
