Roles & Responsibilities – Data Analyst

Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability.
Analyze complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and correlations that support strategic business decisions.
Develop dashboards, reports, and interactive data visualizations using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Collaborate with internal teams (management, finance, operations, and IT) to understand data needs and provide analytical solutions.
Design and maintain databases and data systems, ensuring efficient storage, retrieval, and accessibility of information.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide timely insights on business performance.
Support forecasting and predictive analysis using statistical methods and models.
Prepare periodic reports and presentations summarizing analytical findings for management review.
Ensure data integrity and compliance with company standards and data protection regulations.
Continuously improve data collection and reporting processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile – Data Analyst

Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
– Proficiency in SQL, MS Excel, Power BI, or Tableau for data visualization and reporting.
– Knowledge of Python or R for statistical analysis and data manipulation is a plus.
– Experience with data modeling, forecasting, and KPI tracking.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable insights.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in handling data and preparing analytical reports.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain complex insights clearly to non-technical teams.
Collaboration: Team player with the ability to work across departments and meet deadlines under minimal supervision.
Personality: Curious, logical thinker with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
