Our client, a leading energy company, headquartered in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), is hiring a Cloud Administrator to join their IT team. The role involves managing cloud & on-premise infrastructure, virtualization, networking, security, endpoint management, IT governance & compliance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Strategy
    :
    Define IT cloud/security roadmap, align with business goals, set KPIs/SLAs.
  • Cloud & Infrastructure Management
    :
    Manage Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, VMware, servers, storage, and secure networks.
  • Cybersecurity Operations
    :
    Oversee Splunk, endpoint security, vulnerability management, incident response, and threat hunting.
  • Governance & Compliance
    :
    Maintain ISO 27001/NIST/CIS compliance, policies, audits, penetration testing, and awareness programs.
  • Project Management
    :
    Lead migrations, upgrades, integrations, mentor teams, and report risks to executives.

  • Cloud Platforms
    :
    Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365
  • Security Tools
    :
    Splunk Enterprise, ManageEngine, Defender, Nessus/Qualys.
  • Virtualization
    :
    VMware ESXi, Windows/Linux servers.

    Cisco Catalyst/ASA, FortiGate, VPN, Zero Trust.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field.
  • Preferred certifications:
    CISSP/CISM, SC-200, Splunk Certified, CEH, Azure Administrator, VMware Certified, ITIL

    Azure infrastructure, Splunk, VMware ESXi
    .
  • Knowledge of SIEM platforms, Databricks, and trading industry is a plus.
