Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and presentable Office Boy to handle day-to-day office support tasks. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, assisting staff, serving refreshments, and ensuring smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness of the office, including desks, meeting rooms, pantry, and washrooms.
  • Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
  • Assist with filing, photocopying, scanning, and basic clerical tasks.
  • Handle pantry supplies, ensure stock availability, and report shortages.
  • Assist in receiving and distributing documents, parcels, and courier packages.
  • Support office staff in daily administrative tasks.
  • Ensure proper sanitation and hygiene standards in all office areas.
  • Run small errands within or outside the office when required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a similar role (preferred).
  • Basic communication skills in English.
  • Good hygiene, grooming, and polite behavior.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
  • Must be reliable, honest, and punctual.
  • Candidates currently in UAE are preferred.
