We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Executive to support our administrative and operational teams by ensuring accurate and timely entry of logistics and business data. This role is ideal for candidates who are organized, focused, and comfortable working with large volumes of information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company systems and databases.
  • Process logistics-related documents such as delivery notes, invoices, shipment records, and inventory data.
  • Verify data accuracy and correct errors to ensure data integrity.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical records for easy retrieval.
  • Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and accounts teams to ensure data consistency.
  • Generate basic reports and summaries as required by management.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of company and client information.
  • Follow company procedures and deadlines for data entry tasks.

Requirements and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma preferred; relevant experience may be considered.
  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Executive, Data Entry Clerk, or similar role.
  • Fast and accurate typing skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
  • Familiarity with ERP or logistics management systems is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
