Job Title: XR Content Producer — Industrial Exhibitions (1 Position)


About the Role

We are looking for an experienced XR Content Producer to design, produce and deliver immersive AR/VR/MR experiences for industrial exhibitions, trade shows and live demonstrations. You will lead creative production from concept through on-site deployment — translating technical subject matter (energy, manufacturing, IoT, heavy equipment) into engaging, reliable XR content that performs in live, high-footfall environments.


Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end XR content production for exhibitions: concept development, storyboarding, asset production, interactivity design, testing and on-site delivery.

Create and coordinate 2D/3D assets, animations, video, spatial audio and interactive logic for Unity/Unreal/WebXR builds and projection/immersion setups.

Produce clear creative briefs and technical specifications for designers, 3D artists, developers, AV vendors and fabrication partners.

Manage project timelines, budgets and resource allocation; run sprint planning and milestone reviews.

Oversee QA and stress testing for real-world exhibition constraints (lighting, network variability, device hygiene, multi-user concurrency).

Plan and execute on-site installation, rehearsals and live support (device provisioning, AV calibration and operator training).

Ensure accessibility, safety and usability for diverse audiences and environments.

Capture metrics and audience feedback during shows; iterate content to improve engagement and reliability.

Maintain production assets, version control, and handover documentation for reuse across events.


Qualifications

3+ years producing interactive or immersive content for events, exhibitions, museums or live demonstrations.

Strong portfolio showing XR/interactive/real-time projects and at least one exhibition or live deployment example.

Hands-on experience with Unity or Unreal Engine; familiarity with WebXR, or similar is a plus.

Proficiency with 3D tools and asset pipelines (Blender, Maya, 3ds Max), plus video/motion tools (After Effects, Premiere).

Solid understanding of real-world exhibition constraints: projection mapping, multi-screen sync, network limitations, device lifecycle and AV integration.

Good technical literacy to communicate with engineers and AV vendors (basic scripting, build pipelines, device provisioning).

Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills — able to juggle creative, technical and operational needs.

Able to travel to exhibition sites and work flexible hours during setup and event runs.

Fluent English (written & spoken).


Nice to Have

Experience with HoloLens, Magic Leap, Meta Quest, projection-mapped installations, or spatial audio systems.

Background in industrial domains (energy, manufacturing, utilities) and comfort converting technical content into audience-friendly narratives.

Familiarity with content delivery systems, MDM for device fleets, or real-time telemetry integration.

Experience working with production houses, fabricators or AV integrators.
