The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will coordinate with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth operations and compliance with safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor on-site activities to ensure adherence to plans and specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Oversee the quality of work and ensure it meets safety and building standards.
- Manage daily site operations and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the design team and external consultants as needed.
- Control construction costs and ensure efficient resource utilization.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare inspection reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or relevant field.
- Proven experience as a Site Engineer or similar role.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction methods and materials.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and standards.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in design and project management software.
- Certification in health and safety standards.
