We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior FF&E Coordinator to join our dynamic Fit-out/Design team. In this entry-level role, you will support the procurement, specification, and implementation of furniture, fixtures, and equipment for interior fit-out projects. Working closely under the guidance of our experienced architects and designers, you will gain hands-on exposure to the full lifecycle of FF&E in commercial and hospitality environments. This position is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals passionate about interior design, project coordination, and creating functional, aesthetically pleasing spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the research, selection, and sourcing of FF&E items, including furniture, lighting, artwork, and custom fixtures, in alignment with project briefs, budgets, and design aesthetics.
• Support the creation and maintenance of FF&E schedules, mood boards, and specification packages using tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and suppliers to ensure timely procurement, delivery, and installation of FF&E elements on fit-out projects.
• Track project budgets for FF&E components, monitor vendor quotes, and assist in cost analysis and value engineering.
• Participate in site visits, client meetings, and design reviews to gather feedback and document progress.
• Maintain organized records of FF&E inventories, warranties, and compliance with health, safety, and sustainability standards (e.g., LEED or BREEAM).
• Contribute to the development of innovative FF&E solutions that enhance user experience and align with brand identity.
• Perform administrative tasks such as updating project trackers, preparing presentations, and coordinating with cross-functional teams (e.g., procurement, construction).

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 0-2 years of relevant experience in FF&E, interior fit-out, or design coordination; internships count toward experience.
• Basic proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with team members, vendors, and clients.
• Keen eye for detail, aesthetics, and functionality in design.
• Enthusiasm for sustainable practices and emerging trends in FF&E.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with FF&E procurement processes, vendor management, or budget tracking.
• Knowledge of material specifications, finishes, and ergonomic principles.
• Basic understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile or PMI).
